To feature in the 'About Me' section of their midwifery service website, Ash wanted their portrait to capture their approachable, kind nature, to encourage birthing people to feel safe in seeking maternity services. They wanted to feature a neutral, calming colour palette nodding to nature, including botanics used in midwifery: such as lavender and clary sage.
